Job summary

Talk Staff Group Limited's Talk Staff Recruitment division is seeking a candidate for a Residential Conveyancing role in the East Midlands. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client service.

The position involves liaising with estate agents, lenders and third parties, preparing documents, performing searches and using Case Management Systems. Salary is £26,000–£32,000 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing is required.
• Ability to manage a full caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion.
• Provide regular updates to clients throughout the transaction process.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties.
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts; carry out searches and ensure compliance.
