Job summary

Clear IT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Conveyancing team in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision, progressing transactions from instruction through to completion and liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
• Able to manage own workload under supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters and progress transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors throughout transactions.
• Prepare and issue draft contract packages, review contracts and searches, and raise enquiries where required.
• Prepare transfer deeds and handle post-completion work including Land Registry applications.
• Update referrers, agents and relevant portals and manage daily tasks.
