RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL, LONDON/ HYBRID, COMPETITIVE SALARY. A specialist law firm based in the heart of London is seeking a dedicated paralegal to support 2 fee earners. The firm is known for delivering first-class legal services and fosters a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive support to fee earners on all residential conveyancing activities, including opening files, AML checks, drafting correspondence, and managing lender enquiries.
• Assisting with progressing transactions, coordinating exchanges and completions, liaising with selling agents, and using Leap case management system.
• Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in new build residential conveyancing.

Candidate qualities: Organized, efficient, proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
