Job summary

Chester (Hybrid Working) – Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing specialist property firm based in Chester. You will assist with a varied caseload and work closely with experienced conveyancers in a modern, tech-focused practice that supports long-term development.

Key duties include assisting with residential property transactions, drafting documents, and coordinating with clients, agents and lenders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' conveyancing experience.

Working closely with experienced conveyancers, you will assist with a varied caseload of residential property matters including probate sales, transfers of equity, sales, purchases and divorce-related transactions.
