Shoosmiths is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Manager to join Swiitch in either Solent or Northampton. The role focuses on overseeing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, managing a varied caseload and supporting colleagues to maintain high-quality service.

The successful candidate will supervise paralegals, ensure regulatory compliance and drive efficient processes while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a varied residential caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
