Job summary

PYVITAL is recruiting a Conveyancing Manager to join its residential conveyancing team. The role is office-based during probation with agile working after successful completion, located in Solent or Northampton.

You will oversee a varied caseload from instruction to completion, guiding paralegals and juniors, and delivering high-quality client service throughout. The ideal candidate has strong residential conveyancing experience, can manage high volumes, and maintains compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Strong residential conveyancing experience and ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
• Experience handling freehold, leasehold and new build transactions.
• Confident checking and reporting on title, and managing high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Lead and mentor paralegals and junior colleagues, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Review title reports, identify risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Build robust client relationships and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality controls.
