Additional Resources is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer in the United Kingdom to autonomously manage a busy caseload and deliver a high standard of service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

The role supports hybrid working and offers a salary of £45,000–£60,000 (DOE) with bonus and relocation package. The position is preferably based in Leominster, with Hereford also considered.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' PQE or relevant post-qualification experience (ideally).
• Residential conveyancing experience.
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial and proactive approach to progressing transactions.

Aufgaben

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Review contracts, searches and title documentation.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Respond to enquiries and progress transactions efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
