Additional Resources Ltd seeks a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established firm in a client-focused environment. You will manage a varied caseload, including leases, disposals and agricultural property matters, with hybrid working options.

The salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits, and a relocation package is available. The role is ideally based in Hereford, with Leominster also considered.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with commercial property experience.
Solid drafting, negotiation and client-facing abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage your own commercial property caseload.
Handle leases and lease renewals for clients.
Advise landlords and tenants on commercial property matters.
Deal with agricultural and rural property transactions.
Advise on matters involving agricultural land.
Assist with property-related partnership agreements as needed.
Undertake due diligence, title searches and drafting documents.
Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other advisers.
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to department growth.
