Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Bristol

A well established and well-respected Bristol based law firm is looking for a Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding team. This role will be based in one of the firm's offices, which is located in a well sought after town ideally located for city or country living.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases which will include high net worth matters, re-mortgages and new builds.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Residential Property lawyer and be able to demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a busy conveyancing team and independently managing their own caseload.
