Nelson Bridges Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its established Property Department in Mudeford. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, providing clear, practical legal advice and guiding transactions from instruction to completion.

The role involves handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with a focus on client care and efficient progression of matters within a supportive team.

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining excellent client care.
