Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality legal services related to sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, agents, and introducers, providing regular updates on transaction progress.
  • Ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Manage your own caseload with support from an assistant and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Engage in business development and networking activities.
  • Maintain compliance with all residential conveyancing regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Qualified Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE), CILEx Fellow, Licensed Conveyancer, or with at least 5 years of relevant residential property experience.
  • Expertise in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in legal IT tools.
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and client management.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
