Job Description:

My client is a well-established law firm in Runcorn, Cheshire, seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. The role offers a salary of £30,000 - £40,000 and a professional, flexible, and friendly work environment with clear career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality legal services focusing on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
2. Act as the primary contact for clients, agents, and introducers, providing updates on transaction progress.
3. Ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
4. Manage your own caseload with support from an assistant and collaborate with team members.
5. Engage in business development and networking activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

1. Qualified Solicitor (minimum 5 years PQE), CILEx Fellow, Licensed Conveyancer, or candidates with at least 5 years of relevant residential property experience.
2. Expertise in sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions.
3. Ability to independently manage caseloads with minimal supervision.
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Proficiency in legal practice IT tools.
6. Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
