Our client is a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with several offices across Devon. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service, they value the expertise and commitment of their staff and pride themselves on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.

They are now seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property team in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and become part of a respected, client-focused firm.

The Role:
You will manage a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Remortgages and transfers of equity

• New build and shared ownership matters

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth transaction process

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience in handling a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently.

• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.

• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.

• Be highly organised, proactive, and able to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
