Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing.

Responsabilités

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Transfers of equity and remortgages.
• Drafting and reviewing contract packages, title reports, and mortgage documentation.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
• Conducting exchanges and completions.
• Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory standards.
• Participating in marketing and networking activities.

Connaissances

Strong technical and drafting skills

Excellent communication and client care abilities

Confidence in managing matters independently

Enthusiasm for business development and social media engagement

IT literacy and adaptability to new systems

Knowledge of the Bristol property market
