Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Ayrshire is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy office. The role offers autonomy with a long‑term path toward practice ownership, supported by an established client base and strong local reputation.

You will manage a full caseload from inception to completion, advise on sales, purchases and transfers, and maintain relationships within the local community while contributing to the firm's ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong client service and caseload management.
• Experience with private client work would be advantageous but not essential.
