Job summary

Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant for a role in Lutterworth. You will support a conveyancing fee earner across the residential process, liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and agents, from file opening to completion.

Working 8:30am to 5:00pm Mon-Fri (flexible/reduced hours also considered), the firm offers 25 days plus bank holidays, free onsite parking, medical insurance and strong training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience supporting a conveyancing team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Experience using the Land Registry portal.
• Team player with good longevity in roles.

Responsibilities

• Support a Conveyancing fee earner with all aspects of the residential conveyancing process from file opening to completion.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other third party professionals.
• Assist with preparation of matters for exchange and completion; assist with freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property matters.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and relevant conveyancing documentation.
