Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join its established property team in Congleton. You will support the progression of residential transactions, liaising with clients, agents and legal representatives to keep proceedings moving smoothly.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and confident communication to build professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting residential property transactions.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Proactive in delivering client service and maintaining professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day progression of residential sales and purchase transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and legal representatives to move matters forward.
• Prepare and process legal documents and correspondence.
• Request and review property-related searches and documentation.
• Manage new instructions and administrative processes throughout cases.
• Maintain files in line with compliance requirements.
• Provide proactive support to fee earners within a busy team.
