Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support fee earners with day-to-day management of residential property transactions and to help ensure matters progress smoothly and clients receive excellent service.

You will assist with a varied caseload, progress transactions under supervision, respond to client enquiries, record information accurately, and liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors to facilitate exchanges and completions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing or similar legal support.
• Solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Progress transactions under appropriate supervision.
• Deal with client enquiries and provide regular updates on case progress.
• Take client instructions and accurately record information.
• Prepare correspondence, legal documents, forms, and reports.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, financial advisers, and solicitors.
• Facilitate the exchange of contracts and completion processes.
• Prepare financial statements and completion documentation.
• Complete SDLT submissions and associated conveyancing formalities.
• Prepare Certificates of Title for mortgage advance funds.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
