Qualifications

• Experience handling freehold and leasehold sales for registered and unregistered titles.
• Experience with deferred charges and equity releases.
• Experience with registrations, transfers of equity, remortgages, and shared ownership.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professional contacts.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to support clients through the conveyancing process.
