Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Per Annum (Highly competitive, negotiable, and dependent on experience)

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Managing a team of Paralegals.
• Delivering outstanding client service with smooth and efficient transactions and proactive communication.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering team development.
• Contributing to business development, networking, and marketing to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
• Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
• Continuing professional development, staying updated with legal and market trends.

The Ideal Candidate

• Conveyancing expertise – 3+ years PQE as a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven residential property experience.
