Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as Residential Conveyancer.
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Commercially aware, organised and target-focused.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding client care while meeting targets and complying with standards.
• Manage a varied conveyancing caseload with a client-focused approach.
• Ensure consistently high standards of client service, communication and responsiveness.
• Meet personal and team billing, gross profit and cash-recovery targets.
• Manage the financial aspects of files in line with write-off parameters.
• Open, progress and manage files in line with internal processes and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate client, matter and enquiry data using case management systems.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional development.
