Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Fully Remote (UK-based)
Are you a qualified conveyancer looking for something different? A role where client experience truly comes first, where innovation is embraced, and where flexibility is the norm, not the exception?
This firm is transforming how residential conveyancing is delivered - blending smart technology with expert legal advice to create a client journey that's smooth, transparent and stress-free. With a fully remote working model, you'll be supported to do your best work from wherever suits you, with the autonomy and trust that professionals deserve.
As part of a friendly and growing team, you'll be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The work includes sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity across both freehold and leasehold titles. You'll use a modern case management system to track progress and communicate proactively with clients, agents and other legal professionals. Whether you're dealing with routine transactions or more complex legal issues, you'll be empowered to deliver a seamless experience with quality at the centre.
The firm is looking for qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential property. You should be confident handling your own caseload independently, with a strong understanding of AML requirements and up-to-date CPD. A digital-first mindset, clear communication style and a genuine commitment to excellent client service are essential.
Beyond the day-to-day conveyancing work, you'll also have opportunities to get involved in coaching or mentoring junior team members, contributing to team development and supporting your Team Leader, depending on your experience.
In return, you'll be part of a business that genuinely values its people and their wellbeing. You'll receive a competitive salary, a performance-related bonus, and a full home working setup. Benefits include private medical cover, group life assurance, a health cash plan, wellbeing fund, and a generous 28 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), with the option to buy or sell additional days. The firm also offers a thorough induction programme, monthly pastoral check-ins, and structured ongoing development.
This is a role designed for ambitious, quality-driven lawyers who want to focus on excellent service without the office politics, rigid hours or daily commute. If you're looking for a place where your conveyancing career can flourish-on your terms-this could be the opportunity.
