TSR Legal has been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol, seeking to onboard experienced residential conveyancers for a fully remote position.

Headquartered in Bristol with conveyancers working across the region, the firm has an outstanding approach to client care, with fee earners having full case ownership from instruction to completion. The firm employs several highly experienced professionals and has experienced steady growth over the years with no signs of slowing down.

The Role

• Handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, including both freehold and leasehold properties
• Preparing SDLT forms and other transaction documents
• Providing excellent client care at all times
• Liaising with clients and third parties
• Supporting other team members

The Ideal Candidates

• Role 1: Conveyancer with 1-2 years of experience handling own caseload
• Role 2: Conveyancer with 2-4 years or more experience, capable of managing own caseload, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
