Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is supporting a well-established law firm in Hereford to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property transaction process.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Conducting title checks and reviewing property documentation.
• Dealing with searches, enquiries, exchanges and completions.
• Liaising confidently with clients, agents, lenders and other legal professionals.
• Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with required timescales.
• Providing clear, professional and commercially aware advice to clients.
• Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
