Job summary

QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified conveyancer to join a Merseyside residential property team, offering hybrid working and a salary up to £55k.

You will manage ~100 files end-to-end across sale/purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, equity release and new builds, on freehold and leasehold matters, with strong support from a 20+ lawyer team. • Handle a caseload of ~100 files from inception to completion.
• Deal with sale/purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity, equity release, and new builds on both freehold and leasehold matters.
