QED Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified conveyancer to join the residential property team in the Merseyside area. You will manage a full workload of residential matters and handle a diverse range of transactions from inception to completion.

The role involves a high-volume caseload of around 100 files, with hybrid working and a structured benefits package including healthcare, pension, enhanced holidays, and a tiered bonus scheme tied to NET billings.

Qualifications

• Qualified conveyancer with experience in residential property.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload end-to-end.
• Familiarity with sale/purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity and new builds.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of ~100 files from inception to completion.
• Work on sale/purchase, remortgage, transfer of equity and equity release.
• Deal with freehold and leasehold transactions with support from the team.
