A reputable law firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to efficiently manage a caseload of approximately 75 residential property files. This role encompasses oversight of the entire conveyancing process, from instruction through to completion, and involves liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ independent conveyancing experience and a strong knowledge of residential property law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and Land Registry procedures.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 75 active residential property transactions.
• Oversee the entire conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
• Review and approve draft contracts and title documentation.
