Puro Associates in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our established legal team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring efficient progression and high-quality client care in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will have significant residential conveyancing experience, strong organisation and communication skills, and be comfortable using case management systems.

• Significant experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property process.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Provide high standard of service to clients and maintain excellent client care.
• Support colleagues when required and take on additional team responsibilities.
