BWF Legal Recruitment is representing a progressive private practice expanding its conveyancing team. The firm handles a busy caseload across residential property matters for individuals, families, investors and HNW clients.

You will manage cases from instruction to completion in a friendly, inclusive team, with focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining excellent client updates. The role offers high-quality support and clear opportunities for career progression within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Proven conveyancing experience in residential property
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Excellent client communication and expectation management
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing cases from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold/leasehold matters, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Keep clients and parties updated; meet deadlines
• Negotiate and resolve property queries using in-depth knowledge of conveyancing
