Job summary

Jam Recruitment Ltd in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a full-time Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload from instruction to completion. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors.

Qualifications

• Ideally 2–3 years of conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to your work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small, established team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
• Prepare and review contracts and legal documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide an exceptional level of client care and manage expectations.
• Keep clients updated on progress and coordinate with colleagues.
• Deliver a professional and efficient conveyancing service.
