Job summary

Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with interest in new homes/plot sales.
- New Homes/Plot Sales experience not required as full training is provided.
- Unqualified fee earners with relevant experience will be considered.

New Homes Solicitor/Legal Executive
Taunton, Somerset
Our client is a very established and reputed law firm with an excellent presence already across Devon & Somerset.
You will work on a caseload of plot sales, acting for a variety of both large & small developers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the title, planning documents and searches for entire developments
- Raising site-wide enquiries
- Preparing master site precedent reports, to then be used for individual plot purchases
- Ideally you should bea qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Newly Qualified Solicitors are encouraged to get in touch
- New Homes/Plot Sales experience is not needed as full training will be given
- Unqualified fee earners with new homes/plot sales experience will be considered
