Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd in Nottinghamshire seeks a Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years’ PQE to manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchases.

You will advise clients from instruction through to completion, work within a supportive team, and help build long‑term client relationships while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

The Role

An ambitious and driven Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a thriving and growing team in Bristol. The role requires managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchases. The successful candidate will advise clients from instruction through to completion, supporting and delivering all aspects of residential conveyancing.
