TSR Legal is seeking a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join the Buy to Let team in South Wales. The role offers hybrid working with at least two days in the office and a clear development pathway within a supportive, modern practice.

You will handle buy to let transactions, assist on related purchases and refinances, and collaborate with clients, lenders and colleagues to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified solicitor or CLC qualified conveyancer (or qualifying shortly)
• Experience in residential conveyancing (training seat or post-qualification exposure ideal)
• Interest in buy to let/investor-focused property work

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of buy to let residential property transactions
• Assist with freehold and leasehold purchases and refinances
• Liaise with clients, lenders, brokers and third parties
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements and regulatory standards

The opportunity

TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in South Wales who are looking to expand their Residential Property team with the addition of a Newly Qualified Conveyancer. The role sits within a specialist Buy to Let conveyancing team, offering exposure to a varied caseload including residential investment purchases, refinances, landlord portfolios, and associated property transactions.
