Residential Conveyancer - Huddersfield

The Firm:

Our client is a well-established high street firm with offices across West Yorkshire, looking to recruit a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or an experienced conveyancer to work within the residential property team in Huddersfield.

The Role:

You will handle quality conveyancing transactions, dealing with local clients daily where client care is a top priority. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience managing their own residential property files from inception to post-completion and be able to work autonomously with minimal support. Responsibilities include:

1. Sales and purchases
2. Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
3. Extensive client contact
4. Remortgages
5. Leasehold flats
6. Newbuilds
7. Transfers of Equity
8. Auction properties

Requirements:

This is a great opportunity for a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive, or experienced conveyancer to work for a full-service law firm, handling a full caseload with daily client contact. There is significant potential for partnership.
