The Residential Conveyancer will be:Managing a diverse caseload of residential sales, purchases, and remortgagesLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsProviding clear, accurate advice and updates to clientsSupporting the team to maintain high service standards and efficient case progression

Profile

The successful candidate would be:A qualified Conveyancer (preferably solicitor or legal executive) with experience in residential conveyancingConfident in handling sales, purchases, and remortgagesKnowledgeable in relevant legislation and regulatory frameworksExcellent at client communication and case managementOrganised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a teamDog person

The role will be mostly onsite so you'll likely be local.
