Job Description

The Residential Conveyancer will be:

• 
  
  Managing a diverse caseload of residential sales, purchases, and remortgages
• 
  
  Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
• 
  
  Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• 
  
  Providing clear, accurate advice and updates to clients
• 
  
  Supporting the team to maintain high service standards and efficient case progression

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would be:

• 
  
  A qualified Conveyancer (preferably solicitor or legal executive) with experience in residential conveyancing
• 
  
  Confident in handling sales, purchases, and remortgages
• 
  
  Knowledgeable in relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
• 
  
  Excellent at client communication and case management
• 
  
  Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
• Dog person

The role will be mostly onsite so you'll likely be local.
