Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaning Operative to work at a commercial site in York. The role offers 2 hours of cleaning per day, 5 days a week (10 hours total) at £13.45 per hour, start ASAP, with a temp-to-perm pathway.

You will perform general cleaning, office and communal area cleaning, floor care, waste disposal and restroom sanitation, while maintaining high cleanliness standards across the building. Prior cleaning experience is preferred and punctuality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the site
• Clean offices and communal areas
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
• Clean toilets and washroom facilities
• Wipe and sanitise surfaces and touchpoints
• Empty bins and dispose of waste
• Replenish consumables where required
• Clean kitchen and staff welfare areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the building
