Flow Student Ltd in Sunderland is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across a range of residential properties. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing; empty bins; stock and maintain supplies; and report any maintenance or safety issues. Experience and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and machines, such as vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and carpet cleaners
• Physical fitness and ability to carry out manual tasks

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain the designated areas to a high standard, including site offices, toilets, corridors, and communal areas
• Carry out cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
• Emptying bins and removing waste to designated areas
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate person
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from clients
• Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
• Ensure all work is completed within the agreed timeframes
