Job summary
A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Residential Children's Support Worker to support children with emotional and behavioral disorders at their residential homes. This role offers excellent rates of pay up to £36,500 per annum, plus weekly pay and benefits such as DBS cost coverage, training programs, and mental wellbeing support. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential settings and at least NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care or be willing to obtain it. A valid driving license is essential for this position.
Qualifications
Experience in an Ofsted Children's Residential Setting.
Prepared to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care.
Experience working with children/young people with Learning Difficulties.
Driving licence is essential.
Position subject to satisfactory references and enhanced DBS checks.
