Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Desirable NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
• Experience in therapeutic environment preferred.
• Excellent record-keeping and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care for children aged 8–18.
• Provide guidance, support and structure in daily life.
• Support young people to engage and access education.

• Attend clinically led training to develop practise.
