Job summary

If you are a support worker, with experience in caring for children who have experienced trauma, we want to hear from you!

The Role

In this role, you will be providing essential emotional and practical support to children and young people who may have faced significant challenges and trauma. Your goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and stable environment where they can thrive.

  • Competitive Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift type).
  • Location: Darlington and surrounding areas.

Available Shift Patterns

  • Long Days: Ideal for those who prefer to complete their hours in fewer blocks.
  • Days with Sleep-ins: Providing continuity of care through the evening and night.
  • Waking Nights: For the night owls who excel at providing a calm, safe presence during the late hours.
What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

  • Compliance: You must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or have one on the update service) and provide full employment references.
