Residential Workers play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people living in our homes. They provide day-to-day care, emotional & physical support, and guidance, helping each child to develop life skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Working as part of a dedicated team, Residential Workers ensure that safeguarding and well-being are at the heart of everything they do, while promoting independence and inclusion. This role requires compassion, resilience, and a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
