Job summary

MPA Recruitment is recruiting Night Time Residential Child Support Workers for a children’s Home in Lisburn.

You will work 30 hours per week, 10pm–8am, and support young people aged 11–17 by providing compassionate care and guidance to help them feel safe and build confidence for a brighter future.

Qualifications

• Level 3 care-related qualification with 1 year of relevant paid experience.
• Level 2 care-related qualification or 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths) with 2 years of relevant paid experience.
• 3 years’ relevant paid experience with young people aged 11–17.

MPA Recruitment is recruiting Night Time Residential Child Support Workers to join the team at a children’s Home in Lisburn.

You’ll provide compassionate care, emotional support and guidance, helping create a safe, stable and nurturing environment where every young person has the opportunity to thrive.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following:

• Level 3 care-related qualification plus 1 year’s relevant paid experience.
• Level 2 care-related qualification or 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths) plus 2 years’ relevant paid experience.
• 3 years’ relevant paid experience working with young people aged 11–17.

Applicants must also have current NISCC registration and a full UK driving licence permitting manual vehicle use.
