NHS Scotland is seeking flexible and committed individuals to join the Wade centre team in Kingussie, providing residential care for older adults. The role involves helping residents with daily living, personal care, and welfare, and may include leading shifts when the manager is away.

Experience is welcome but training will be provided. The post is full time with flexible working options discussed at interview.

Competenze

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with daily living activities and personal care is beneficial but training can be provided.

Mansioni

• Lead the shift in the absence of the manager.
• Administer prescribed medication.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Work on rotational days and night shifts as required.
