NHS Highland’s Wade Centre in Kingussie is seeking compassionate care staff to support 11 older adults. The post involves assisting residents with daily living and personal care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will cover shifts as required, with opportunities for training; experience with older adults is preferred and SVQ 3 is desirable. Flexible and rotational hours may apply, including some night shifts.

Qualificações

• SVQ 3 desirable; training can be provided.
• Experience with older adults preferable; training will be given.
• Willing to work rotational days and night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the shift in the absence of the manager.
• Administer prescribed medication.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Support residents with daily living activities and welfare.
• Collaborate within the multi-disciplinary team.
