The role requires empathy, good communication, teamwork and a commitment to safeguarding. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and the position offers a £13.85 hourly wage, plus a £1,000 joining bonus and a £65 sleep-in rate.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a dedicated Residential Care Worker to join a 2-bed children's residential home in Salisbury, supporting young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
