About You
  • Ideally, you have at least 2 years\' experience as a Care Home Manager, but we welcome applications from ambitious Deputy Managers or Care Team Leaders ready to step up
  • Experience working with elderly residents, particularly those living with dementia
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred, or working towards)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care
