Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Building Surveyor based in Surrey, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Residential Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed building surveys, managing condition surveys, performing feasibility studies, overseeing contract management, and handling dilapidations assessments. Day-to-day activities will involve site inspections, report writing, client consultations, and project management to ensure thorough and accurate surveying services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Surveying, Condition Surveys, and Dilapidations
• Experience conducting Feasibility Studies
• Skills in Contract Management
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant professional qualifications in Building Surveying
• Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits
