Job description

RESIDENTIAL AV Project Manager - This new role is seeking an experienced AV project manager with an understanding of the design process, who wants to work with a successful custom installation integrator. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from initial system design brief to completion. An understanding of AV systems, particularly from the high-end residential sector, is essential, along with experience delivering projects over 250k+ that can last up to 2 years. You should have an exceptional eye for detail and be a team player.

Responsibilities include project reporting, understanding timescales, managing programme changes, and assessing their impact on costs. Previous experience working with UHNWI clients, interior designers, M&E contractors, and design consultancies is required. The role demands familiarity with the latest Crestron, Lutron, CONTROL4, high-end audio, and related switching/networking equipment.
