Creative Personnel is a specialist recruitment agency within the Audiovisual and Interactive Tech sector. We have a variety of roles. This role is for an Audio Visual Project Manager.

AV Project Manager (CEDIA Expert) – The role involves managing multiple high-end residential projects, mainly bespoke, including home cinemas and MDUs. Projects involve new builds and retro-fits, requiring your skills and experience.

You must have proven experience in residential Audio Visual Project Management. You will work with advanced audio visual systems, so delivering on time and within budget is essential. Requirements include:

• Crestron, Control4, or Lutron Integration
• Bespoke Cinema automation
• Experience managing engineers (contract and in-house) and project timelines
• Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Managing AV residential projects that can be worth millions

You should have a thorough understanding of schematics and wiring diagrams and be able to collaborate with other trades on-site. Industry qualifications from CEDIA, Crestron, or related manufacturers should be clearly stated in your CV. Right to Work in the UK is essential.
